Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home on acerage, plenty of room to relax and not bother anyone. The house sleeps up to 8 comfortably. All the rooms come with flat screens, Netflix, and wi-fi. The master has wood floors, large flat screen, and a king size new Sterns & Foster very comfortable bed. The master bath has double sinks, a 6' jaccuzi tub, a walk in shower. It also has a large walk in closet so big I put a twin bed, a 6’ desk , and a coffee station oh and a small antique dresser & mirror in there and still have room for hang up clothes. The second bedroom has wood floors, double closets, a king size bed and, a flat screen tv. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with wood floors, flat screen, and a large walk in closet. The family room is my favorite next to the kitchen. It has a large flat screen tv in a beautiful wall unit, gas fireplace, 3 sets of french doors leading out to the porch, with beautiful silk dark drapes for great darkening for movies. Very comfortable furniture. The kitchen has a fridge, It has a nook in the bay window over looking the property. It also has a pot rack over the island in the center. SANFORD, Florida – During a radio interview this morning, Hollywood actor Robert Downey Jr took a moment to praise Sanford, Florida residents who had helped him with a mechanical issue with his rental car as he passed through the city recently: “We were just leaving the city limits of Sanford, Florida when the damn car overheated or something so I pulled it over to the side of the road and within just a minute or two there were a couple of cars that pulled over to help me out. We added a guest space with an extra bathroom in the hopes of making it a secluded and fully functioning getaway. Guest access The suite is equipped with a queen bed, a studio-style living space, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious outdoor area that guests can enjoy all year. There are no shared areas between the guests and hosts; the guest space is separate from the main house. We, the hosts, observe the privacy of our guests; however, we are usually available should you need us! We are here to make the stay as satisfying as possible. Our lovely home overlooks Lake Ada in Sanford, Florida. This lake is a hidden gem just 10 minutes drive to Sanford International Airport SFB. Cozy and comfortable setting, in the midst of all that Sanford has to offer. This comfortable home updated laminate floors, a large master suite with private bathroom. This is a split bedroom plan with the master on the opposite side of the home as the other bedrooms for added privacy. There are two full bathrooms and a nice screened porch overlooking the lake. This Lake Mary House is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood that comfortably hosts a family, group of friends, couples or single traveler.
